The Whistleblowing Channel of Dune Bleue - Import and Export of Textile Goods Lda is a secure channel through which an individual, in the context of their professional activity, may report violations that fall under Article 2 of the Law no. 93/2021 of 20 December, Article 8 of Decree-Law 109-E/2021 of 9 December and of Regulation (EU) 2023/988 of 10 May 2023.
Through this channel, you can quickly and easily report concerns about actual or suspected misconduct that may affect our company or people's well-being, as well as any act of corruption or anything you believe may constitute an act of corruption.
The submission and follow-up of reports are based on a management system designed to ensure the completeness, integrity, and preservation of the report, the confidentiality or anonymity of the whistleblowers, and the confidentiality of the identity of third parties mentioned in the report.
The whistleblower must act in good faith and have reasonable grounds to believe that the information is true at the time of the report.
