3. SCOPE AND OBJECTIVE

This code of conduct reflects the organizational culture of the company and establishes a set of rules of a moral and professional nature to be observed by the Management of DUNE BLEUE and all employees regarding internal relationships, with colleagues, external relationships with suppliers, partners, public entities, and customers.
The Code of Conduct was developed to share the principles that guide the activity of DUNE BLEUE and the guidelines on ethics and morals that should guide the actions of all employees, including the ability to influence the behavior of third parties, fostering growing relationships of trust.

4. RULES OF CONDUCT

The following commitments must be fulfilled through this code of conduct:

  • Respect and equal treatment for all workers;
  • Support and protection of international human rights through the creation of ethical working conditions for all workers;
  • Freedom of association and effective recognition of the right to collective bargaining and the right to join unions or other associations linked to the industrial sector;
  • No child labor and excessive overtime;
  • Implementation of appropriate measures regarding safety and health conditions in the workplace;
  • Development and use of technologies and products with better environmental performance.
  • Measures related to the efficient use of resources and a "green chemistry" approach in the use of chemicals.
  • Responsible waste management and a preventive approach to future environmental challenges.
  • Fair business behavior and adoption of practices to prevent bribery and other causes of corruption.
  • The company absolutely repudiates the practice of any act of corruption, extortion, bribery, fraud or forgery, guiding its actions by values of integrity, honesty, transparency, ethics, fair negotiation and compliance with legal requirements, in accordance with OECD guidelines.   • Working hours and remuneration in accordance with current national legislation, respecting the defined minimum wage.
  • No forced labor, precarious work, or work in degrading conditions.
  • Workplace free from hostile and inhumane treatment, harassment or sexual abuse, physical coercion, or verbal abuse.
  • No discrimination in hiring, remuneration, access to training, promotion, termination, retirement, or overtime based on race, ethnicity or nationality, religion, gender, age, disability, marital status, pregnancy, sexual orientation, union membership, political affiliation, social origin, or any other condition.
